Since April 1973, we have developed a proven record in providing an exceptionally wide range of contract cleaning services to many of Australia's major corporations.

Over the years, our clients have included and still include Cadbury, Mazda, Panasonic, TNT, Australia Post, Kimberly Clark and the DET - Department of Education and Training. We are able to offer highly professional ancillary services, too, and all of our services have Quality Assurance to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.

You will benefit from ALLclean Property Service Plus having a well-trained team of more than 200 specialist multi-skilled employees. We have earned the loyalty of our staff, some of whom have been with us for over a decade. All are security cleared, and wear ID badges and distinctive ALLclean Property Services Plus uniforms. Key people in the company all carry mobile phones and can be contacted when you need urgent attention.

Each of our clients is served by an Area Manager. You'll find your Manager to be an industry professional, as all have completed the nationality accredited Level 4-Management Skills for Managers.

Tony Russell

Tony Russell - General Manager

Since joining the company in 1980, Tony has gained hands-on experience and now has an in-depth understanding of the industry. He enjoys public speaking, and is a father of three and past President of the Building Services Contractors Association of Australia (formally the Master Cleaners Association) and also a current member of the Executive. Tony holds a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management, and is active within the Guild.


Penny Miller

Dallas Hill – Business Development/Service Manager

Dallas joined the company in April 2007 as the Business Development Manager, with a background in Sales and Marketing. Dallas brings to ALLclean his own style and focus to the role. Although he's new to the cleaning industry, he sees the service to our Clients as paramount, and the cleaners associated with our business as key to maintaining our clients on a long term basis. Dallas believes it's important that as a company, ALLclean keep this as their reason for providing the best services and standards.
