Training and Quality

As an organisation, we are committed to continuous improvement.

For over thirty years, we have been steadily improving, growing and learning. We enjoy the challenge of seeking out better ways to do things and we encourage our staff to tell us about how they think we can improve our services to clients.

At ALLclean Property Services Plus, we expect a great deal from our teams and in return we put a lot back. The result is we have committed and dedicated staff, some of whom have been with us for over a decade.

Training

Cleaning is now a serious business! Upon joining, our staff go through a computerised induction process and then go through our six-hour in-house training school. Quality awards, formal recognition, certificates and peer recognition ensure highly motivated staff who are involved in a career, not "just a cleaning job".

Occupational Health & Safety

The Managing Director, Management and staff of ALLclean Property Services Plus recognizes and accepts its responsibilities as set out in the Occupational Health and Safety Act and is committed to achieving the highest performance in Occupational Health and Safety throughout its business.

This is achieved by creating and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment wherever the Company’s personnel are active in the duties.

In keeping with the ideal, ALLclean P.S.P shall:

  • Continually endeavor to improve its performance in the area of Health and Safety in every possible way
  • Comply with all laws, regulations and standards in the relative Health and Safety fields and where necessary, apply procedures to control areas where no control exists
  • Train all Company personnel in their Health and Safety responsibilities
  • Regularly review our performance with consideration to risk management
  • Converse with all interested parties on Health and Safety issues
  • Ensure that this policy is recognised and understood by all employees, sub-contractors and visitors applicable
  • Encourage all Company personnel to contribute toward the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy work place and to bring safety issues to notice of management

All company personnel are required to adopt this policy and to:

  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Care for the Health and Safety of their working partners
