Perth Children’s Hospital
Initially engaged for a short-term contract, ALLCLEAN supported the hospital’s commissioning phase for over two years, delivering critical clinical cleans during construction. Our triple-cleaning process and HEPA testing ensured all clinical areas met strict hygiene standards before opening.
Fiona Stanley Hospital
ALLCLEAN resolved flooring damage caused by automated trolleys during the hospital’s opening phase, using specialist Marmoleum cleaning methods. This success led to our engagement for final clinical cleans across all surgical areas, paving the way for later hospital projects.
DFO Perth
Before the grand opening, our team completed a full site clean for the new DFO Perth. We removed building debris and waste efficiently, ensuring the complex was presentation-ready on deadline.
Perth Mint
ALLCLEAN managed the meticulous cleaning of this heritage-listed landmark, caring for antique carpets, leadlight windows, chandeliers, and high ceilings. Our experience from 2007 to 2014, and again today, ensures every detail is preserved with precision.
Australian Maritime Complex
ALLCLEAN supported operations at AMC with precision cleaning of the floating dock and internal submarine areas, including galley and kitchen flooring, under challenging marine conditions.
Wandoo Reintegration Facility
Following the facility’s transition to a women’s rehabilitation prison, ALLCLEAN completed a full final clean. Our team handled film removal, and deep cleaning of kitchens, ablutions, and cells to prepare the site for reopening.
Royal King’s Park Tennis Club
A delicate clean of the 1926 grandstand required removing possum contamination within tight spaces and at height. ALLCLEAN safely restored the historic structure using elevated work platforms and specialised cleaning techniques.
